We decided to jump ahead in the order of our trips so here's the last trip we ended up taking together. We had a one night stopover in Amsterdam on our way home from our big trip of 2019 which brought us from Cape Town, South Africa, through Kruger National Park up to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, then all the way up to Norwich, UK to see some family. We were already exhausted to it was a chance to hang out in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
With a combination of old world architecture, modern progressive attitudes, and one of the most extensive networks of canals Amsterdam has a very attractive cultural presence. We tried to make plans to do things but nothing worked out as planned, but it worked out 100% better because of it!
We're still going to get back to our other adventures, but after COVID brought global travel to a standstill we weren't sure how to proceed with our videos. So we decided to address the elephant in the room and preface our videos as postcards from a past life that we hope will be coming back again someday.
Until then we've decided to release our other trips and give them the treatment we believe they deserve. We hope you'll come along for the ride!
